摘 要:目的:为改进传统电刺激理疗仪的刺激方式固定、缺乏自适应调节能力、治疗模式单一等不足,设计一种便携式功能性电刺激理疗系统。方法:该系统基于STM32芯片设计,将患者自身的肌电信号强弱作为控制信号,将肌电信号频域特征作为肌肉疲劳的控制参数。整个系统硬件由主控模块、肌电信号采集模块、刺激输出模块、采集/刺激切换模块以及电源模块组成。软件中的上位机程序基于Visual Studio 2013开发平台,采用C#语言编写;下位机程序基于Keil5开发平台,采用C语言编写。结果:功能测试实验表明,该系统在被动电刺激和肌电反馈电刺激2种模式下都能够有效地运行,而在肌电反馈电刺激模式下能够取得更好的康复效果。结论:该系统具有实时调节刺激强度、避免肌肉疲劳的特点,能够满足患者的个性化治疗需求。Objective To design a portable functional electrical stimulation physiotherapy system to improve the traditional electrical stimulation physiotherapy apparatus in fixed stimulation mode,self adaptive adjustment ability and single treatment mode.Methods The system was designed based on STM32 chip,which took the strength of the patient's own EMG signal as the control signal,and the frequency domain characteristics of the EMG signal as the control parameter of muscle fatigue.The system hardware consisted of a main control module,an EMG signal acquisition module,a stimulation output module,an acquisition/stimulation switching module and a power supply module.The upper computer program of the software was developed with Visual Studio 2013 development platform and C#language;the lower computer program was generated with Keil5 development platform and C language.Results Functional test experiments showed that the system was able to operate effectively in 2 modes of passive electrical stimulation and myoelectric feedback electrical stimulation,and better rehabilitation results could be achieved in the mode of myoelectric feedback electrical stimulation.Conclusion The system can meet personalized treatment needs of patients by real-time adjustment of stimulation intensity and avoiding muscle fatigue.
