摘 要:目的针对普通球柱镜框架眼镜(SPL)与多点近视离焦控制眼镜(DIMS)屈光矫正对青少年近视患者眼位及双眼视觉功能的影响进行比较研究。方法选取2020年1月至2021年9月吉林省人民医院就诊的7~12岁轻、中度近视青少年共120例为研究对象。遵循随机化原则分为DIMS组(60例)、SPL组(60例),采用两种方式进行屈光矫正,观察两种方法屈光矫正后眼位、视力以及双眼视觉变化情况。结果采用两种屈光矫正方式治疗1、3、6个月后眼位变化比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组矫正远、中、近视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DIMS组远距离水平隐斜、近距离水平隐斜、远距离正融向力、调节性集合与调节(AC/A)比率优于SPL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组近距离正融向力、远距离负融向力、近距离负融向力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不同屈光矫正方法矫正前屈光度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),矫正1年后DIMS组屈光度低于SPL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用SPL和DIMS进行屈光矫正均可较好的满足近视患者视力需求,改善对比敏感度,提供优质的视觉质量;但从本研究结果来看,DIMS在青少年近视患者眼位、双眼视觉功能以及其他眼科参数方面的整体提升优于SPL。DIMS能够有效控制青少年屈光度增长,同时有助于患者改善双眼视觉功能。Objective To compare and investigate the impacts of refractive correction on phoria and binocular visual function of adolescent myopia patients between ordinary spherical lens(SPL)frame glasses and multipoint myopia defocus control glasses(defocus incorporated multiple segments,DIMS).Methods A total of 120 adolescents with mild and moderate myopia aged 7-12 years admitted to and treated in Jilin Province People’s Hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the DIMS group(n=60)and the SPL group(n=60)for refractive correction according to the principle of randomization.The changes of phoria,visual acuity and binocular visual function after refractive correction by the two methods were observed.Results 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment through the two refractive correction methods,there was no statistically significant difference in the change of phoria(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in correcting far,middle and near visual acuity by refractive correction(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in binocular visual indices,such as long-distance horizontal phoria,short-distance horizontal phoria,long-distance positive fusion force and the ratio of accommodative convergence/accommodation(AC/A)(P<0.05).However,there were no statistically significant differences in short-distance posi tive fusion force,long-distance negative fusion force and short-distance negative fusion force(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the diopter correction between the two groups before correction by different refractive correction methods(P>0.05),and after correction for 1 year,the diopter in the DIMS group was lower than that in the SPL group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SPL and DIMS in refractive correction can better meet the visual needs of myopia patients,improve contrast sensitivity and provide high-quality visual qual
