摘  要:目的以AH糊剂冷侧压法、热牙胶垂直加压法为对照,口腔锥形束CT(CBCT)三维重建评价使用Reciproc单支锉去除iRoot SP糊剂单尖法术后根管充填材料的再治疗效率。方法选择福建医科大学附属福州市第一医院口腔科2021年7—11月正畸拔除的卵圆形单根管下颌前磨牙90个,采用随机数表法分为iRoot SP糊剂单尖法组(1组)、热牙胶垂直加压组(2组)和AH糊剂冷侧压组(3组)。使用Reciproc单支锉再治疗,终末超声荡洗2 min。分别于根充术后、再治疗、超声荡洗后CBCT扫描并三维重建,记录再治疗时间、根管残余充填材料体积。结果1组再治疗耗时最长,2组最短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1组残余充填材料最多,大于2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大于3组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。超声荡洗后,1组残余量大幅度减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);最终残余量大于2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大于3组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无论哪种充填方法,Reciproc单支锉再治疗均不能完全去除充填材料。iRoot SP糊剂单尖法进行再治疗耗时最多,残余量也最多,超声荡洗能够显著减少残余量。Objective To evaluate the retreatment efficiency of the Reciproc single file for removing root canal filling materials following the iRoot SP sealer singe-point method using cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT),with the AH-Plus sealer cold lateral condensation method and the hot gum vertical compaction method as control.Methods From July to November 2021,a total of 90 oval single root canal mandibular premolars extracted for orthodontics were collected at the Department of Stomatology of The first Hospital of Fuzhou Affiliated to Fujian Medical University.They were divided into the iRoot SP sealer single-point method group(group 1),the hot gum vertical compaction method group(group 2)and the AH-plus sealer cold lateral condensation method group(group 3)using the random number table method.Single file retreatment was performed using Reciproc,followed by a final ultrasound swab for two minutes.CBCT scans and 3D reconstructions were performed after root canal filling,retreatment and ultrasonic swabbing,respectively,and the retreatment time and the volume of residual root canal filling materials were recorded.Results Retreatment took the longest in group 1 and the shortest in group 2,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Group 1 had the most residual filling materials,greater than group 2,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and also greater than group 3,but with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After ultrasonic washing,the amount of residue in group 1 was significantly reduced and the difference was statistically significant compared to that before ultrasonic washing(P<0.05).The final residuals were greater in group 1 than in group 2,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and also greater than in group 3,albeit the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The Reciproc single file retreatment failed to completely remove the filling material,regardless of the filling method used.The iRoot SP sealer single-point method takes the longest to retrea
