摘  要:目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中miR-1273f的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取60例鼻咽癌患者(鼻咽癌组)和15例鼻咽黏膜隆起查因患者(对照组)作为研究对象,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测两组研究对象活检组织中miR-1273f的表达水平。比较不同临床病理特征的鼻咽癌患者病灶组织的miR-1273f表达水平。采用受试者工作特征曲线分析miR-1273f对鼻咽癌的诊断价值。结果鼻咽癌组的miR-1273f表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。初诊时伴有肿瘤转移的鼻咽癌患者病灶组织的miR-1273f表达水平高于无转移的患者(P<0.05)。病灶组织的miR-1273f表达水平诊断鼻咽癌的曲线下面积为0.786,特异度为0.93,灵敏度为0.53。结论鼻咽癌组织中miR-1273f表达上调,其与鼻咽癌转移密切相关,并可作为临床诊断鼻咽癌的潜在生物学标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of miR-1273f in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(nasopharyngeal carcinoma group)and 15 patients with cause identification of nasopharyngeal mucosal protrusion(control group)were selected as the research subjects.The expression of miR-1273f in biopsy tissues of research subjects in both groups was detected by using the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.The expression of miR-1273f in lesion tissues was compared between patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in different clinicopathologic features.The diagnostic value of miR-1273f on nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analyzed by employing receiver operating characteristic curve.Results The nasopharyngeal carcinoma group yielded a higher expression of miR-1273f as compared with the control group(P<0.05).The expression of miR-1273f in lesion tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with tumor metastasis at first diagnosis was higher than that of patients without metastasis(P<0.05).The area under the curve of miR-1273f expression in lesion tissues for diagnosing nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 0.786,the specificity was 0.93,and the sensitivity was 0.53.Conclusion MiR-1273f is up-regulated in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues,and it is closely related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis,which can be used as potential biological marker for clinical diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
