天津市西青区口腔医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

摘　　要：目的 对口腔医疗机构消毒监测的结果进行分析,可以快速地找出机构内消毒工作中的薄弱环节,并有针对性地提出一些预防对策,从而提高医院的公共健康水平。方法 在2018年1月至2021年12月,本研究对天津市西青区大寺镇口腔医疗机构的医护人员手部表面、机构内部空气及设施表面、供水水源、紫外线灯、压力灭菌器进行了监测。结果 4年共采样1 596份样本,其中1 314份合格,总合格率为82.33%,2018—2021年的年度合格率分别为74.17%、79.52%、83.33%、91.42%,年度合格率逐年升高(χ2=42.230,P <0.05)。结论 天津市西青区大寺镇口腔医疗机构的总体消毒质量比较好,并且合格率呈逐年增加的态势。但是在各种测试对象中,医护人员手部表面消毒效果的合格率比较低,而且在供水水源方面,还需要进一步强化。该地口腔医疗机构依然要强化卫生监管,督促医护人员严格执行消毒措施,强化供水水源方面的消毒工作。Objective To analyze the results of disinfection monitoring in dental medical institutions can quickly identify weaknesses in disinfection within the institutions and target some preventive measures for improving the public health of hospitals.Methods From January 2018 to December 2021,the surfaces of healthcare workers'hands,air and facility surfaces inside the institution,water supply sources,ultraviolet lamps,and pressure sterilizers were monitored in dental healthcare institutions in Dashi Town,Xiqing District,Tianjin.Results A total of 1596 samples were sampled in 4 years,of which 1314 were qualified,with an overall qualification rate of 82.33%,and the annual qualification rates from 2018 to 2021 were 74.17%,79.52%,83.33%and 91.42%,respectively,with annual qualification rates increasing year by year(χ2=42.230,P<0.05).Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of dental institutions in Dashi Town,Xiqing District,Tianjin is relatively good,and the pass rate shows a yearly increase.However,among the various test objects,the pass rate of the disinfection effect on the hand surface of medical personnel is relatively low and further strengthening is needed in terms of water supply sources.Dental medical institutions in the area still need to strengthen health supervision,urge medical and nursing staff to strictly implement disinfection measures and strengthen the disinfection work in terms of water supply sources.
