摘 要:全成形毛衫的三维虚拟展示是针织物CAD软件开发与研究中至关重要的一部分。为在针织物CAD软件中展示全成形毛衫的三维仿真效果,促进针织物CAD技术的发展,以女式平肩V领背心为例,研究了从二维板片到三维模型的空间变换方法。通过建立工艺数学模型与二维板片相结合制作二维纹理样板,并分别建立二维板片模型与三维服装模型,以获得其中的三角形面片顶点信息;使用矩阵实现了从二维板片到三维模型间的空间变换,对纹理样板应用相同矩阵,从而通过使用三维图形引擎库Three.js完成对全成形毛衫的三维虚拟展示;比较了粒子间距、管道截面边数、管道段数等参数对仿真效果与速度的影响。结果表明:粒子间距为10 mm,管道截面边数为8,管道段数为16时,所得到的仿真模型兼具较好的效果及较快的速度。使用该方法可实现全成形毛衫的三维虚拟展示,有助于针织物CAD软件的开发,从而使服装从业者能直观、快速地观察到各款式全成形毛衫的三维效果。3D virtual display of full-fashioned sweaters is a very important part in the development and research of knitted fabric CAD software.In order to display the 3D simulation effect of full-fashioned sweater in knitted fabric CAD software and promote the development of knitted fabric CAD technology,women′s flat shoulder V-neck vest was taken as an example to study the spatial transformation method from 2D plate to 3D model.The 2D texture template was made by establishing the mathematical model of the process and combining with the 2D plate,and the 2D plate model and the 3D clothing model were established to obtain the vertex information of the triangular surface respectively.The spatial transformation from the 2D plate to the 3D model was realized by using the matrix,and the same matrix was applied to the texture template.The 3D virtual display of the full-fashioned sweater was completed by using the 3D graphics engine library Three.js.The effects of particle spacing,pipe section edge number and pipe section number on simulation effect and speed were compared.The results show that when particle spacing is 10 mm,pipe section edge number is 8,and pipe section number is 16,the simulation model obtained has better effect and faster speed.The 3D virtual display of full-fashioned sweaters can be realized by using this method,which is helpful to the development of knitted fabric CAD software,so that garment practitioners can observe the 3D effect of each style of full-fashioned sweaters intuitively and quickly.
