基于Web of Science老年期抑郁障碍研究热点与趋势的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 通过文献计量学方法对老年期抑郁障碍领域的研究文献进行可视化分析,对其研究热点与发展趋势进行讨论。方法 使用Cite Space可视化分析软件,基于Web of Science数据库检索从2011年至2022年与老年期抑郁障碍相关的研究文献,进行知识图谱的绘制与可视化分析。结果 本研究共纳入1 947篇文献,美国、中国、韩国位居发文量前三。流行病学及影响因素分析、老年期抑郁障碍相关评估、不良健康结局、非药物治疗等方面是老年期抑郁障碍领域的研究热点;病因及机制研究、筛查与评估、心理健康等是老年期抑郁障碍领域的研究趋势。结论 老年期抑郁障碍研究领域的发文量总体呈波动上升趋势,老年期抑郁障碍日益受到关注,未来需在拓宽研究内容深度和广度的同时,开展老年期抑郁障碍相关临床研究,积极促进我国健康老龄化。Objective To perform a visualization analysis on literatures reporting geriatric depression via the bibliometric method,and to explore the research hotspots and trends.Methods Literatures reporting geriatric depression published from 2011 to 2022 were searched in the Web of Science,and the knowledge map and visualization analysis were performed using CiteSpace.Results A total of 1947 eligible studies were included in this research.The United States,China,Korea ranked the top three countries publishing the most articles about geriatric depression.Epidemiological and influencing factors analysis,assessment of geriatric depression,adverse health outcomes,and non-pharmacological treatment were the research hotspots in this field.Etiology and mechanism research,screening and assessment,and mental health were the research trends in this field.Conclusion The number of publications of geriatric depression generally shows a fluctuating upward trend,suggesting that geriatric depression is increasingly concerned.In the future,it is necessary to expand the depth and breadth of research content and carry out clinical research about geriatric depression,thus promoting healthy aging in China.
