摘 要:立足新时代,建设教育强国、体育强国是我国实现社会主义现代化进程的重要任务和战略目标。高校青年体育教师是体育教学、科研、社会服务的生力军和未来希望,肩负体育强国建设、人才培养的重任。在新形势下提升其专业素养,不但是回应现实发展需要,更是建设强国战略的必然要求。为全面了解并促进其专业素养提升,采用扎根理论研究法,围绕教学、训练、科研、社会服务等内容对高校青年体育教师进行访谈和质性分析,抽取174个概念、27个范畴、6个主范畴,构建由高尚师德师风、正确压力感知与支持获取、主观控制力、教学与训练能力、科研能力、社会服务能力及其子因素组成的高校青年体育教师专业素养模型。基于模型发现,教师存在不同类型和发展阶段的分类,分析现存问题,提出激发兴趣是提升专业素养的前提,加大服务与支持力度是重要保障,个性化、差异化精准培养是关键等建议。Entering the new era,building a leading sports and education country is an important task and strategic goal in the process of socialist modernization in China.Young PE teachers in colleges and universities are the new force and future hope of PE teaching,research and social services and they shoulder the important task of building a sports leading country and cultivating students.Improving their professional quality is not only a response to the needs of reality development,but also an inevitable requirement of the strategy of building a leading country.n order to fully understand and promote their professional quality,this paper adopted the grounded theory,carries out interviews and qualitative analysis around teaching,research and social services,extracts 174 concepts,27 categories and 6 main categories,and constructs the professional quality model of young PE teachers in colleges and universities,which is composed of teachers’morality,pressure perception and support acquisition,subjective control,teaching and training ability,research ability,social service ability and its sub factors.Based on the model,this paper analyzed the problems existing in improving professional quality,and puts forward countermeasures that stimulating interest is the premise of improving professional quality,increasing service and support is an important guarantee,differentiated and accurate ability improvement is the core.
