西医诊治思维在《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》教学中的运用

摘　　要：中医学生在学习《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》课程时存在传统文化基础薄弱,尚未接受中医临床课程的辨治思维训练,而对于西医基础课程的学习比较完善,已经对现代西医诊治思维有了深入了解的客观学情。基于此,在《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》的教学过程中融入西医诊治思维(疾病诊断、重症判断、生理病理、病程发展等)可以促进中医学生对《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》内容的理解,增强中医文化自信,从而激发学生的学习兴趣。同时引入西医诊治思维能够加强中医学生对《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》专业知识的掌握,以促进学生中医辨治思维的建立;能够加强对西医临床资料的运用,以提升中医学生的临床胜任力。The students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine have a weak traditional cultural foundation when they study the courses of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.They have not yet received the training of dialectical thinking in differentiation and treatment of clinical courses of traditional Chinese medicine.However,their study of the basic courses of Western medicine is relatively complete and they have a deep understanding of the objective situation of modern Western medicine diagnosis and treatment thinking.On this basis,the Western medicine diagnosis and treatment thinking(disease diagnosis,judgment of severe illness,physiology and pathology,course of disease development)is integrated into the teaching process of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.It can promote traditional Chinese medicine students to understand the content of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and enhance their confidence in traditional Chinese medicine culture,finally stimulate their interest in learning traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,introducing the Western medicine diagnosis and treatment thinking can strengthen the mastery of the traditional Chinese medicine students’professional knowledge of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,so as to promote the establishment of their traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment thinking.It can strengthen the application of clinical data of Western medicine to improve the clinical competence of traditional Chinese medicine students.
