摘 要:《金匮要略》作为中医“四大经典”之一,是中医药学子进入临床阶段的重点学科,也是将中医理论具体运用到临床实践的一门主干学科。经研究发现,传统课堂上一味地灌输课本知识的教学模式不能较好地帮助学生深刻理解经典理论,即使教师重复讲解这些知识,效果亦变化不大。针对此问题,文章通过案例式教学模式对传统课程的学习进行教学改革,从案例式教学模式的含义、意义及具体实施等方面进行阐述,并通过一组数据得出:在《金匮要略》课程应用研究中,案例式教学模式可以激发医学生对古籍的学习兴趣,提高对中医经典理论知识的记忆能力与理解能力,锻炼临床思维,能有效提高教学质量。以上几点能够通过专业水平测试直观表现出来,对医学生进入临床乃至医德树立等方面具有重要意义,值得应用和推广。As one of the four classics of traditional Chinese medicine,Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is not only a key discipline for students of traditional Chinese medicine to enter the clinical stage,but also a main discipline to apply traditional Chinese medicine theory to clinical practice.Some studies found that the traditional teaching mode of blindly instilling textbook knowledge in the classroom could not help students deeply understand the classic theory.Even if the teacher explained this knowledge repeatedly,the effect will not change much.To solve this problem,this paper reformed traditional course learning through case-based teaching mode,and expounded the meaning,significance and concrete implementation of case-based teaching mode.A set of data showed that in the application research of course of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,case-based teaching mode can stimulate the medical students’interest in learning ancient books,improve their memory and understanding ability of classical theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,exercise their clinical thinking and effectively improve the teaching quality.The above points can be shown intuitively through professional level test,which is of great significance for medical students to enter the clinic stage and even establish their medical ethics,and is worthy of application and promotion.
