浅析中医骨伤科学教学中医思维能力的培养

摘　　要：目前中医骨伤科学教学过程中有弱化中医思维的趋势。中医骨伤科的发展一方面要积极吸收现代医学的优势,另一方面又要采纳中医特色的诊疗方案使其得到传承。对学生中医思维的培养是中医学教学的重要基础,有利于改变中医骨伤科学教学现状,培养中医骨伤科学复合型人才。加强中医思维能力培养可以从重视传统骨伤科经典,提倡医教研协同的培养模式,倡导从基于问题的教学(PBL)、基于案例的教学(CBL)等多种新型教学模式入手,以提高教学效果和教学质量,为未来输送更多高质量的具备中医思维的骨伤科人才。At present,there is a tendency to weaken the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine thinking in the teaching process of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine.On the one hand,the development of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine should actively absorb the advantages of modern medicine,on the other hand,it should adopt the diagnosis and treatment scheme with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine to make it inherit.The cultivation of students’traditional Chinese medicine thinking is an important basis for traditional Chinese medicine teaching.That is conducive to changing the current situation of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine teaching and cultivating compound talents of this major.Strengthening the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine thinking ability can start with paying attention to the classics of traditional orthopedics and traumatology,advocating the training mode of cooperation between medical teaching and research and advocating various new teaching modes such as PBL and CBL.So as to improve the teaching effect and quality and transport more high-quality orthopedics and traumatology talents with traditional Chinese medicine thinking in the future.
