摘  要:目的探讨临床路径联合标准操作规程的教学模式在核医学住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法选取2016年9月—2022年6月在大连医科大学附属第二医院核医学科进行住院医师规范化培训的50名学员为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组采用传统教学方式,临床路径(clinical pathway,CP)联合标准操作规程(standard operation procedure,SOP)组采用临床路径联合标准操作规程教学模式,比较两组学生的理论成绩、实践技能成绩、教学满意度、教师认同度评价。结果在教学后,CP联合SOP组学生理论成绩、实践技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在学生满意度评价、教师认同度评价中,CP联合SOP组对各项满意度、认同度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用临床路径联合标准操作规程的教学模式能够更好地提高学生的理论和实践技能成绩,能够提高学生对教学的满意度,增加教师对教学的认同度,更适用于核医学专业住院医师规范化培训。Objective To explore the role of the teaching mode of clinical pathway combined with standard operating procedures in the standardized training of nuclear medicine residents.Methods A total of fifty students who received standardized training of residents in the department of nuclear medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from September 2016 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and the clinical pathway combined with standard operating procedure teaching mode was adopted in the joint standard operation procedure(SOP)of clinical pathway(CP)group.The theoretical achievement,practical skill achievement,teaching satisfaction and teacher identity evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the scores of theory and practical skills of the students in the CP+SOP group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the evaluation of teachers'identity and students'satisfaction,the degree of the CP+SOP group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of clinical pathway combined with standard operating procedures can better improve students'theoretical and practical skills,improve students'satisfaction with teaching and increase teachers'recognition of teaching.It is more suitable for the standardized training of residents in nuclear medicine.
