中西方认知史在外科教学课程思政中的探索

摘  要:外科学教学中阑尾疾病章节是要求学生重点掌握的知识内容。传统的教学方法主要是理论讲授和分享病例来达到学生对知识的理解和记忆,而对学生的医学人文教育启迪不足。文章将课程思政纳入教学实践,在阑尾疾病章节讲授中切入阑尾疾病的中西方认知史的思政素材。学生问卷调查结果显示学生对增加阑尾疾病的中西方认知史的思政素材表示认同,学习兴趣得到提升,文化自信和民族自豪感得以增强。文章提出在医学院校外科学教学实践中引入疾病的中西方认知史思政教学,将有助于提升学生的知识广度和民族自豪感,提高学生的学习主动性和听课质量,并且有利于医学生树立坚定的文化自信和民族认同,进而引导学生养成正确的核心价值观、世界观和人生观。The chapter of appendiceal disease in surgery curriculum is required to be mastered.The traditional teaching method is mainly to teach theories and share cases to achieve students'understanding and memory of knowledge,but it is insufficient to enlighten students in medical humanities education.In this paper,the ideology and politics of the course are incorporated into the teaching practice,and the ideological and political materials of the cognitive history of appendix disease in China and the West are introduced into the chapter teaching appendix disease.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the students agreed with the ideological and political materials that increased the Chinese and Western cognitive history of appendix disease,and their learning interest was enhanced,and their cultural confidence and national pride were enhanced.This paper proposes that the introduction of the Chinese and Western cognitive history,ideological and political teaching of disease into the off-campus science teaching practice of medical schools will help improve students'knowledge breadth and national pride,improve students'learning initiative and quality of lectures,and help medical students establish firm cultural self-confidence and national identity,and then guide students to develop correct core values,world outlook and life outlook.
