摘　　要：目的 探讨氯化锶联合不同剂量帕米膦酸二钠对前列腺癌骨转移患者的疗效及其对TPINP、β-CTx等指标及预后的影响。方法 选取65例前列腺癌骨转移患者,根据治疗方式分为2组。其中研究组30例,采用氯化锶联合高剂量帕米膦酸二钠治疗,而对照组35例,则采用氯化锶联合低剂量帕米膦酸二钠治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗后,研究组的临床总有效率显著较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后研究组疼痛感觉比对照组改善明显(P<0.05);治疗后研究组肿瘤标志物水平均较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的并发症发生率比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的生活质量显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 氯化锶联合高剂量帕米膦酸二钠对前列腺癌骨转移患者的疗效较为显著,同时可缓解患者的疼痛感,并可降低患者的肿瘤标志物水平且不影响患者的用药安全,最终提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of strontium chloride combined with different doses of pamidronate disodium in patients with bone metastases from prostate cancer and its effect on their TPINP,β-CTx and other indicators and prognosis.Methods 65 patients with bone metastases from prostate cancer were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into 2 groups according to the differences in treatment modalities.30 patients in the study group were treated with strontium chloride combined with high-dose pamidronate disodium,while 35 patients in the control group were treated with strontium chloride combined with low-dose pamidronate disodium,comparing the clinical efficacy and other differences between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the pain feeling in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the tumor markers in the study group were significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,there was no difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strontium chloride combined with high-dose pamidronate disodium has a significant effect on patients with bone metastasis of prostate cancer.At the same time,it can alleviate the pain of patients,reduce the level of tumor markers,and do not affect the drug safety of patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
