摘　　要：在新冠疫情全球蔓延、外部环境不确定性因素增加的背景下,数字化转型已成为企业增强韧性从而有效应对外部冲击和实现可持续发展的关键策略。基于2012—2020年中国上市企业数据,考察企业数字化转型对企业韧性的影响效应及其作用机制。研究发现,数字化转型能够显著增强企业韧性,这一结论在各种稳健性分析和控制内生性问题后依然保持不变。数字化转型主要通过提升人力资本水平、提高创新能力、缓解融资约束和增强内部控制的机制提升企业韧性。数字化转型在企业产权、行业以及所处区域维度上具有异质性效应,表现为国有企业、制造业和东部地区企业获益更大。上述发现为企业数字化转型的经济影响提供了新的经验证据,也为增强企业韧性、推进企业高质量发展提供了有益启示。In the context of the global spread of the epidemic and the increase of uncertainties in the external environment,digital transformation has become a key strategy for enterprises to enhance resilience to effectively respond to external shocks and achieve sustainable development.Based on the data of Chinese listed companies from 2012 to 2020,this paper examines the impact and mechanism of digital transformation on corporate resilience.The study found that digital transformation can significantly enhance corporate resilience,a conclusion that remained the same after various robustness analyses and controlling for endogeneity issues.Digital transformation mainly improves corporate resilience through mechanisms to improve human capital,improve innovation capabilities,ease financing constraints,and enhance internal control.Digital transformation has heterogeneous effects in the dimensions of corporate property rights,industries,and regions,with state-owned enterprises,manufacturing and eastern enterprises benefiting more.The above findings provide new empirical evidence for the economic impact of digital transformation of enterprises,and also provide useful inspiration for enhancing the resilience of enterprises and promoting high-quality development of enterprises.
