摘　　要：目的构建医院-社区-家庭合作型“互联网+母婴居家护理”服务模式,并评价其应用效果。方法研发“互联网+妇幼护理”创新平台,以三级妇产科医院为主导,通过同质化培训与辖区内社区医院合作,依托平台共同为居家产妇及新生儿提供母乳喂养指导等母婴护理服务。结果经过7个月运行,共完成服务916例次,复购率37.56%,其中社区护士完成45例次(4.91%),排前三的项目分别为乳腺疏通460例次(50.22%)、婴儿黄疸测定318例次(34.72%)、母乳喂养指导52例次(5.68%)。产妇满意度99.82%,无护理不良事件和护患纠纷发生。结论医院-社区-家庭合作型“互联网+母婴居家护理”服务模式可为居家产妇和新生儿提供方便、快捷且专业的医院同质化护理服务。Objective To construct a hospital-community-family cooperative service model of"Internet plus maternal and infant home care",and evaluate its application effect.Methods An"Internet plus Maternal and Child Care Innovation Platform"was developed.Relying on this Internet platform,a certain tertiary obstetrics and gynecology hospital took the lead and provided homogenized training for community hospitals in its jurisdiction,and then they jointly provided maternal and child care services such as breastfeeding guidance for home-based mothers and newborns.Results After seven months of operation,a total of 916 cases were completed,with a repurchase rate of 37.56%,of which 45 cases(4.91%)were completed by community nurses,and the top three service items were 460 cases(50.22%)of breast dredging,318 cases(34.72%)of infant jaundice measurement,and 52 cases(5.68%)of breastfeeding guidance.Patient satisfaction was 99.82%,and no adverse nursing events or nursing-patient disputes occurred.Conclusion The hospital-community-family cooperative service model of"Internet plus maternal and infant home care"can provide convenient,fast and professional homogeneous hospital nursing services for home-based mothers and newborns.
