摘　　要：科技特派员制度在服务“三农”的同时展现出了独特的育人功能。科技特派员制度具有自身的内在特征和现实意义,为“三农”科技发展找到了一个突破口,也为“三农”人才培育找到了一条新路径。科技特派员制度内含面向需求主客体改造统一性、多育结合促进人的全面发展性和浸润情境“三农”情感养成性等教育价值。科技特派员制度的实践性构成其实现进路,实践中“有劳有育”是科技特派员教育价值实现进路的关键。发挥科技特派员制度育人功能,将高校人才培养和科技特派员制度融合,很好地实现了高校培育优秀青年学子的人才培养目标。The sci-tech commissioner system shows its unique educational function while serving“agri-culture,rural areas and farmers”.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and significance of the sci-tech commissioner system,this paper begins with the basic attribute of the educational value,and then systemati-cally analyzes and demonstrates the educational value and the path to realizing the system.The sci-tech com-missioner system includes the unified transformation of subject and object oriented to demand,the combination of multiple education to promote the all-round development of human beings and the emotional cultivation of feelings immersed in situations relating to“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,which determines its intrin-sic educational value.The practice of sci-tech commissioner system constitutes the path to its realization,and education while laboring in practice is key to realizing the educational value of the system.By giving full play to the educational function of sci-tech commissioner system,and integrating talents cultivation in college and universities with the system,the goal of cultivating outstanding young students in colleges and universities has been well achieved.
