摘 要:不正常航班调度属于NP难问题,也是一个繁琐的实时网络结构优化问题。为了减小航空公司的损失成本且提高航班的正点率,通过分析造成不正常航班的原因、不正常航班调整策略,设计了不正常航班离散时空网络算法,给出了构建时空网络的具体步骤,运用离散时空网络方法为每架飞机构建恢复路线。以延误成本和取消成本最小为目标构建了资源指派模型,在时空网络的基础上建立了不正常航班调度模型,以一个中等航空公司的航班计划证实了模型和算法的正确性和实效性。Abnormal flight scheduling is a NP difficult problem and a complicated real time network structure optimization problem.In order to reduce the loss cost of airlines and improve the punctuality rate of flights,the discrete space time network algorithm of irregular flights is designed by analyzing the causes of irregular flights and the adjustment strategy of irregular flights,and the concrete steps of constructing the space time network are given.The recovery route is constructed for each aircraft by using the discrete space time network method.A resource assignment model is constructed with the aim of minimizing delay cost and cancellation cost.Finally,an irregular flight scheduling model is established on the basis of space time network.The correctness and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified by the flight scheduling of a medium sized airline.
