神经内科护士的脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知、态度、活动现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析神经内科护士的脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知、态度、活动现状及其影响因素。方法选取2018年6月至2021年6月96名神经内科护士为研究对象。收集护士基本资料,使用自制问卷评估护士的认知、态度、活动现状,分析其认知、态度、活动的影响因素。结果神经内科护士的认知评分为(70.5±5.1)分,态度评分为(70.6±5.2)分,活动评分为(71.5±4.7)分,综合评分为(71.2±4.9)分。不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、职称神经内科护士的脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知、态度、活动综合评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同生育情况、工作年限神经内科护士的脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知、态度、活动综合评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄≥41岁、文化程度为研究生、婚姻状况为未婚、职称为主管护师及以上是神经内科护士脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知、态度、活动综合评分的正向影响因素(P<0.05)。结论神经内科护士对脑卒中偏瘫康复护理的认知、态度、活动仍有较大的提升空间,年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、职称是影响其对脑卒中偏瘫康复护理认知、态度、活动的主要因素,医院可针对以上因素展开系统化、规范化培训,拓宽护士知识领域,提高工作技能。Objective To analyze the cognition,attitude,activity status and influencing factors of stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation nursing of nurses in neurology department.Methods A total of 96 nurses in neurology department from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.The basic data of nurses were collected,the self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the cognition,attitude and activity status,and the influencing factors of their cognition,attitude and activity were analyzed.Results The cognition score of nurses in neurology department was(70.5±5.1),the attitude score was(70.6±5.2),the activity score was(71.5±4.7),and the comprehensive score was(71.2±4.9).There were statistically significant differences in the comprehensive scores of rehabilitation nursing cognition,attitude and activity for stroke hemiplegia of nurses in neurology department with different ages,education levels,marital status and professional titles(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the comprehensive scores of rehabilitation nursing cognition,attitude and activity for stroke hemiplegia of nurses in neurology department with different fertility status and working years(P>0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age≥41 years old,education level for graduate students,unmarried marital status,professional title as chief nurse and above were the positive influencing factors of comprehensive scores of rehabilitation nursing cognition,attitude and activity for stroke hemiplegia of nurses in neurology department(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses in neurology department still have a lot of room for improvement in the rehabilitation nursing cognition,attitude and activity for stroke hemiplegia.Age,education level,marital status and professional title are the main factors affecting their rehabilitation nursing cognition,attitude and activity for stroke hemiplegia.The hospital can carry out systematic and standardized training for the above factors,broaden the knowledge field of nurses and improve wor
