西黄丸/胶囊联合现代医学治疗消化系统肿瘤的研究进展

摘　　要：GLOBOCAN2020相关数据提示,结直肠癌占2020年全球新发恶性肿瘤的10%,胃癌占5.6%,肝癌占4.7%,消化系统恶性肿瘤严重威胁着人类的生命健康。中医对消化系统恶性肿瘤的认识和治疗已有数千年历史,认为瘀血、热毒、痰饮为肿瘤形成的重要因素,西黄丸/胶囊是中医清热活血解毒名方,目前常联合现代医学手段用于治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤,临床和实验室研究多种证据表明西黄丸/胶囊与化疗、放疗、介入治疗等方法联用于治疗消化系统肿瘤有增效减毒等作用。本文叙述西黄丸/胶囊联合现代医学治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤的临床研究和相关实验室研究,为进一步进行西黄丸/胶囊联合现代医学治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤的研究提供参考。The relevant data of GLOBOCAN2020 suggest that colorectal cancer,gastric cancer and liver cancer account respectively for 10%,5.6%and 4.7%of newly diagnosed malignant tumors globally in 2020.Traditional Chinese medicine has cognized and treated digestive system tumor for thousands of years,and believes that blood stasis,heat toxicity,and phlegm are the important factors for tumor formation.Xihuang pill is a famous prescription of traditional Chinese medicine to clear heat and promote blood circulation and detoxification.Currently,it is often combined with modern medical therapy to treat malignant tumors of digestive system.Clinical and laboratory studies have shown that Xihuang pill/capsule combined with chemotherapy,radiotherapy,interventional therapy and other methods can enhance the efficacy and reduce the toxicity in the treatment of digestive system tumors.This paper describes the clinical research and related laboratory research of Xihuang pill/capsule combined with modern medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors of digestive system,and provides reference for further research of Xihuang pill/capsule combined with modern medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors of digestive system.
