摘 要:在城市路网中,干线承担了主要的交通流量,畅通的干线有助于改善城市路网拥堵情况,并可减少车辆尾气排放,降低城市污染。采集干线绿波协调控制优化前后的卡口数据,提出了一种基于AHP⁃TOPSIS组合模型的干线评估方法。将采集的数据划分为高峰时间段和平峰时间段,并剔除数据中的异常值。选取旅行时间、停车次数、溢出风险和绿灯利用率等四个指标作为评价指标,通过层次分析法确定各指标的权重。对数据做正向化处理获得正向化矩阵,并对其进行标准化处理以消除不同指标量纲的影响。采用TOPSIS方法对优化前后的方案进行评价,并获得各方案的评价分数。采用AHP⁃TOPSIS组合模型对城市干线绿波协调控制的方案进行综合评价,为干线绿波的迭代调优和方案选取提供了依据。In the urban road network,the trunk line bears the main traffic responsibility.The smooth trunk line is helpful to improve the congestion of the whole urban road network and beneficial for reduc⁃ing vehicle exhaust emissions and reducing urban pollution.Through collecting bayonet data of trunk line before and after green wave coordinated control optimization,this paper puts forward a trunk line evaluation method based on AHP-TOPSIS combination mode.The data is divided into peak and peak periods and the outliers in the data are removed.Travel time,stop times,overflow risk and green utili⁃zation rate are selected as evaluation indexes.The weight of each index is determined by AHP.After⁃wards,the data matrix is forward processed to obtain the forward matrix,and is standardized to elimi⁃nate the influence of different index dimensions.The distance method is used to rank the schemes be⁃fore and after optimization,so as to obtain the evaluation scores of each scheme.Through the applica⁃tion of AHP-TOPSIS combination mode to evaluate the urban trunk line green wave schemes,it pro⁃vides a scientific basis for the iterative tuning of trunk line green wave.
