摘　　要：近年,高效液相色谱及液相色谱-质谱联用技术在食品检测中得到了广泛应用。这些技术具有检测速度快、灵敏度高、选择性强等优点,能够分析多种复杂的食品样品。本文对近几年高效液相色谱及液相色谱-质谱联用在食品分析方面的应用与研究进行了总结,旨在为有关方面的研究提供借鉴,促进HPLC及LC-MS技术的深入发展与应用。In recent years,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)have been widely used in food detection.These techniques have the advantages of fast detection speed,high sensitivity,strong selectivity,and can analyze a variety of complex food samples.This paper summarized the application and research of HPLC and LC-MS in food analysis in recent years.The purpose is to provide some references for related research and promote the further development and application of HPLC and LC-MS.
