摘　　要：喷涂机器人的应用进一步提高了家具批量生产的作业效率,有效满足了市场需求,提高了我国家具行业的国际竞争力。在新发展形势下,如何有效结合喷涂机器人实现家具的批量生产,是亟需解决的问题。本文主要从研发现状、应用优势、关键技术分析等3个方面,分析与研究了喷涂机器人在家具行业的应用,这对加快我国家具生产行业的智能化、现代化、精细化、规模化发展具有一定的意义。The application of spraying robots further improves the efficiency of furniture batch production,effectively meets the demand for market,and enhances the international competitiveness of China's furniture industry.In the new development situation,how to effectively combine spraying robots to achieve mass production of furniture is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the application of spraying robots in the furniture industry from three aspects:Research and development status,application advantages,and key technology analysis.This is of certain significance for accelerating the intelligent,modern,refined,and large-scale development of China's furniture production industry.
