新文科视域下物流管理应用型人才培养的实践探索——以烟台南山学院为例

摘　　要：“新文科”对物流管理应用型人才培养提供了新理念,指明了新方向,也提出了新要求。从新时代物流管理应用型人才培养的必要性出发,基于产业需求匹配度、协同育人融合度及创新创业能力培养等角度分析目前高校存在的培养问题。从坚持立德树人导向、改革人才培养模式和拓展实践育人渠道等角度入手,探索新文科背景下物流管理应用型人才培养的创新举措,以期为培养新时代物流管理应用型人才建言献策。The new liberal arts provides new ideas,points out new directions and puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of applied talents in logistics management.Based on the necessity of training applied talents of logistics management in the new era,this paper analyzes the existing training problems in colleges and universities from the perspectives of industrial demand matching degree,collaborative education degree and innovation and entrepreneurship ability training.The paper explores innovative measures to cultivate applied talents in logistics management under the background of new liberal arts from the perspective of adhering to the guidance of moral education,reforming the mode of personnel training and expanding the channels of practical education.The paper aims to make suggestions for training applied talents of logistics management in the new era.
