档案信息组织理论发展及其在网络档案信息检索中的指导与应用

摘　　要：档案信息组织是档案存储、传播、检索和利用的基础。网络档案信息组织主要有自由文本方式、超文本方式、主页方式、数据库方式等。进行档案信息组织时,信息科学的系统论、协同论、本体论等基础理论为其提供了相关的思路和方法。本文就档案信息组织相关理论进行分析,主要包括系统论、协同论和本体论,通过对其发展脉络和主要内容的梳理,意图探究档案信息组织与本体理论在网络档案信息检索中的指导与应用,以利于基于档案信息组织理论促进网络档案信息检索的发展。Archives information organization is the basis of archives storage,dissemination,retrieval and utilization.The network archives information organization mainly includes free text,super text,homepage,database methods,etc.When conducting archives information organization,basic theories such as system theory,synergy theory and ontology of information science provide relevant ideas and methods.This paper analyzes the related theories of archives information organization,mainly including system theory,synergy theory and ontology.By combing its development evolution and main content,it intends to explore the guidance and application of archives information organization and ontology theory in network archives information retrieval,so as to promote the development of network archives information retrieval based on the archives information organization theory.
