摘  要:分析高校人事档案管理评价指标,对全面了解高校人事档案管理情况、规范档案管理、提高档案管理能力和效率具有重要意义。文章通过构建高校人事档案管理评价指标体系,运用层次分析法计算各项指标权重,旨在构建科学合理的高校人事档案管理评价体系,为更好地管理高校人事档案提供依据。It is of great significance to analyze the evaluation index of personnel archives management in colleges and universities,so as to fully understand the situation of personnel archives management in colleges and universities,standardize the archives management,and improve the ability and efficiency of archives management.By constructing the evaluation index system of personnel archives management in colleges and universities and calculating the weight of each index by using analytic hierarchy process,this paper aims to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of personnel archives management in colleges and universities,so as to provide basis for better management of personnel archives in colleges and universities.
