通天口服液联合双联抗血小板聚集治疗轻型卒中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通天口服液联合双联抗血小板聚集治疗急性缺血性轻型卒中的临床效果及其安全性。方法选取2021年1月1日至2021年12月31日该院神经内科收治的60例急性缺血性轻型卒中患者为研究对象,分成通天口服液组及双抗治疗组,每组30例。通天口服液组给予通天口服液联合阿司匹林、氯吡格雷治疗,双抗组口服阿司匹林、氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和不良反应。结果两组治疗后NIHSS评分较治疗前降低,且通天口服液组低于双抗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论通天口服液联合双联抗血小板聚集治疗急性缺血性轻型卒中较单纯双联抗血小板聚集治疗组效果更好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongtian oral liquid combined with dual antiplatelet aggregation in the treatment of acute ischemic mild stroke.Methods Sixty patients with mild acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology of this hospital from January 1,2021 to December 31,2021 were selected as the study objects,and divided into the Tongtian oral liquid group and the double antibiotic treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The Tongtian oral liquid group was treated with Tongtian oral liquid combined with aspirin and clopidogrel,while the double-antibody group was treated only with aspirin and clopidogrel.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results NIHSS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the Tongtian oral liquid group was lower than the double antibody group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Tongtian oral liquid combined with dual antiplatelet aggregation therapy was more effective and safe in the treatment of acute ischemic mild stroke than that of dual antiplatelet aggregation therapy alone.
