辅助应用通天口服液治疗急性缺血性脑梗死患者的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价辅助应用通天口服液治疗急性缺血性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月该院160例急性缺血性脑梗死患者,分成甲、乙组,各80例。分别常规治疗、常规治疗辅助通天口服液治疗。比对疗效。结果乙组治疗总有效率、ADL评分高于甲组,NIHSS评分、血液流变学参数指标水平低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论辅助应用通天口服液治疗急性缺血性脑梗死患者效果明确。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of adjuvant Tongtian oral liquid in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,160 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into groups A and B,80 cases in each.Routine treatment and conventional treatment assisted Tongtian Oral Liquid treatment.Compare efficacy.Results The total effective rate and ADL score of group B were higher than those of group A,while the NIHSS score and hemorheology parameter levels were lower than those of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction,the adjuvant application of Tongtian Oral Liquid has a clear effect.
