摘　　要：甲状腺乳头状癌颈侧区淋巴结的清扫方式近年来仍有争议,在这篇综述中,综合近几年内关于颈侧区淋巴结清扫的研究,具体介绍颈侧淋巴结分区、手术清扫范围的选择、是否需要行预防性手术,肌间隙淋巴结定义及其清扫适应症等方面展开论述。I n this review,we summarize the research on cervical lymph node dissection in recent years,and specifically introduce the zoning of cervical lymph nodes,the selection of surgical dissection scope,the need for preventive surgery,the definition of intermuscular lymph nodes and the indications of dissection.
