摘 要:在家校联合教育的背景下,学校应该充分发挥教师在其中的主导作用。教师作为专业教育者,有着丰富的知识和经验,能够为家长提供指导和培训,帮助家长更好地理解教育工作的内涵和要求,提高其对教育工作的重视程度。通过教师的引导和协助,家长能够更好地参与到家校联合教育中来,实现学校教育和家庭教育的有机结合,使两者能够充分发挥出各自的优势,形成教育合力,为学生的成长提供更加全面和有效的支持。Under the background of home-school joint education,schools should give full play to the leading role of teachers in it.As professional educators,teachers have rich knowledge and experience,and can provide guidance and training for parents,help parents better understand the connotation and requirements of education work,and improve their attention to education work.Through the guidance and assistance of teachers,parents can better participate in the home school joint education,realize the organic combination of school education and family education,so that they can give full play to their respective advantages,form educational force,and provide more comprehensive and effective support for the growth of students.
