摘 要:肝纤维化程度的准确评估对于判定慢性肝病(chronic liver disease,CLD)的预后和制定治疗方案至关重要。由于肝脏活检具有一定的局限性,因此迫切需要其他可以准确评价肝纤维化的其他手段。超声弹性成像是一种非侵入性,操作简便以及测量精准的技术手段,可以通过测定肝脏硬度来评价肝纤维化程度。超声弹性成像主要包括瞬时弹性成像,声学辐射力脉冲成像,超音速剪切波成像和实时组织弹性成像。虽然超声弹性成像具有一定程度的不可重复性,但是在诊断CLD患者肝纤维化方面仍然发挥了重要作用。同时超声弹性成像也可用来进行对患者进行床旁病情监测。It is of vital importance to accurately assess the level of liver fibrosis in chronic liver disease(CLD)to predict prognosis and make treatment plans.As liver biopsy has some limitations,there is an urgent need for other means to accurately evaluate liver fibrosis.Ultrasound elastography is a non-invasive,convenient and precise technique,and could evaluate liver fibrosis by measuring the degree of liver stiffness.Ultrasound elastography includes transient elastography,acoustic radiation force impulse imaging,supersonic shear wave imaging and realtime tissue elastography.Although ultrasound elastography has a certain degree of non-repeatability,it still plays an important role in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis in CLD patients.At the same time ultrasound elastography could also be used to monitor the condition of the patient bedside.
