补阳还五汤联合体针疗法治疗脑出血偏瘫患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤联合体针疗法治疗脑出血偏瘫患者的效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2021年3月该院收治的150例脑出血偏瘫患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各75例。两组均给予常规西药对症治疗及康复训练,在此基础上,对照组施以体针疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]评分、运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分表(FMA)]评分、日常生活能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]评分、脑血流动力学指标[动态阻力(DR)、脑血管外周阻力(R)]水平、治疗总有效率和治疗4周内不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组NIHSS评分和DR、R水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组FMA、MBI评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.33%(73/75),高于对照组的85.33%(64/75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:补阳还五汤联合体针疗法治疗脑出血偏瘫患者可提高治疗总有效率、运动功能评分和日常生活能力评分,降低神经功能缺损评分和脑血流动力学指标水平,效果优于单纯体针疗法治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with body acupuncture therapy in treatment of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 150 patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,75 cases in each.Both groups were given conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment and rehabilitation training.On this basis,the control group was treated with body acupuncture therapy,while the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The neurological deficit[National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)]score,the motor function[Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)]score,the activities of daily living[modified Barthel index(MBI)]score,the cerebral hemodynamic index levels[dynamic resistance(DR),cerebrovascular peripheral resistance(R)]before and after the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions within 4 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the NIHSS scores as well as the DR and R levels in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the FMA and MBI scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.33%(73/75),which was higher than 85.33%(64/75)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with body acupuncture therapy can improve the total effective rate,the motor function scores
