摘  要:试验旨在优化纤维素降解菌CE41的培养条件和纤维素酶酶促反应的条件,实现菌株的高产和纤维素酶的高效酶促反应。通过单因素试验和响应面法得出CE41的最佳培养条件为温度最适值38.67℃、pH值6.93、接种量6.14mL,此时酶活力最高,为27.556U/mL;酶促反应的最佳条件为反应温度58.19℃、pH值5.09、CMC-Na浓度1.42%,此时酶活力最高,为28.402U/mL。研究表明,试验结果可为后续研究奠定基础。The aim of the study was to optimize the culture conditions and cellulase enzymatic reaction conditions of the cellulase-degrading bacterium CE4l to achieve high yield and high efficiency cellulase enzymatic reaction of the strain.According to the results of single factor experiment and response surface method,the optimum culture conditions of CE41 were as follows:optimum temperature of 38.67 C,pH value of 6.93,inoculation amount of 6.14 mL,and the maximum enzyme activity was 27.556 U/mL.The optimum conditions for enzymatic reaction were as follows:optimum reaction temperature of 58.19℃C,pH value of 5.09,CMC-Na concentration of 1.42%,and the maximum enzyme activity of 28.402 U/mL.The study indicates that the experimental results can lay a foundation for subsequent research.
