摘 要:试验旨在建立饲料原料油脂过氧化值的测定方法。选取饲料原料目录中过氧化值作为强制要求的代表性样品,试验通过对不同样品前处理方法的优化,样品测定方法的确定,建立了电位滴定法测定饲料原料油脂过氧化值的方法。结果表明,试验所用方法的检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.08、0.30mmol/kg,批内和批间精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.8%~4.9%和0.7%~7.8%。研究表明,试验所用方法准确可靠,可用于饲料原料油脂过氧化值的检测。The study was to establish a method for the determination of peroxide value in fats and oils for feedstuffs.The peroxide value in the feed raw material catalog was selected as mandatory representative sample.Through the optimization of different sample pretreatment methods and the determination of sample determination methods,a potentiometric titration method was established to determine the peroxide value in feed raw material oil.The results showed that LOD and LOQ of method used in the experiment were 0.08,0.30 mmol/kg,respectively,and RSD of the method used in the experiment were 0.8%~4.9%and 0.7%~7.8%,respectively.The study indicates that the method used in experiment is accurate and reliable,which can be used to detect the fats and oils for feedstuffs.
