摘  要:垂直度检测作为风力发电机日常运维的一项重要指标,决定着机器的正常运行。为探究三维激光技术在风力发电机塔筒垂直度检测中的可行性,以贵州大学风力发电机为对象,对采集的点云数据进行点云拼接、去噪、切片;采用最小二乘法拟合各截面圆心坐标,根据不同高度截面圆心坐标的偏移量、倾斜度分析风力发电机塔筒垂直度。结果表明,此方法在该项工作中具有可行性,满足工程需要。Verticality detection is an important indicator in the daily operation and maintenance of wind turbines,which determines the normal operation of the machine.In order to explore the feasibility of 3D laser technology in detecting the verticality of wind turbine tower,taking the wind turbine tower of Guizhou university as the research object,the point cloud data obtained by doing splicing,denoising,and slicing;least square method used to fit the coordinates of the center of each cross-section circle,analyze the verticality of the wind turbine tower based on the offset and inclination.The results indicate that this method is feasible and meets engineering needs in this work.
