摘 要:为揭示富里酸对嗜酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌活性和生物合成次生铁矿物的影响,进而为酸性矿山废水治理提供理论依据,采用摇瓶试验,分析了pH、氧化还原电位(ORP)、Fe2+氧化率、Fe2+氧化速率、总Fe沉淀率以及次生矿物矿相等相关指标的变化情况.结果表明,在含9K液体培养基以及K^(+)浓度均为53.3 mmol·L^(-1)体系中,pH与ORP变化呈相反的趋势;富里酸浓度低于0.4 g·L^(-1)时,有利于次生铁矿物的生成,表明低浓度的富里酸能够提高A.ferrooxidans的活性,富里酸浓度高于0.6 g·L^(-1)时,Fe2+氧化率、总铁沉淀率低于对照组,表明高浓度的富里酸对A.ferrooxidans产生显著的毒害作用以及降低总Fe沉淀率.随着富里酸浓度的提高,次生铁矿物的主衍射峰位置以及所含官能团与对照组相比无明显区别,各体系产生的次生铁矿物为纯净的黄钾铁矾;进行无9K培养基实验:未添加K^(+)时,FA-0.4 g·L^(-1)体系总铁沉淀率大于FA-0.2 g·L^(-1)体系,添加K^(+)时,则与之相反,表明富里酸对黄钾铁矾的生成起到抑制作用,对施氏矿物的生成起到一定的促进作用;富里酸浓度0.6 g·L^(-1)时对A.ferrooxidans起到了很强的毒害作用,通过与添加9K培养基对比,表明9K液体培养基的添加对A.ferrooxidans活性的提高有良好的促进作用.Effect of fulvic acid on the activity of A.ferrooxidans and biosynthesis of secondary iron minerals was investigated to provide insight into the treatment of acidic mine drainage.In this study,bench tests were performed,and pH,oxidation reduction potential(ORP),Fe2+oxidation rate,total Fe precipitation rate,and the mineral facies of secondary minerals were analyzed.The results showed that the changing of pH and ORP were opposite in the liquid medium containing 9K as well as the system with 53.3 mmol·L^(-1)of K^(+).When the concentration of fulvic acid was lower than 0.4 g·L^(-1),the formation of secondary iron minerals was enhanced,indicating that the relatively low concentration of fulvic acid could improve the activity of A.ferrooxidans.In contrast,when the concentration of fulvic acid was higher than 0.6 g·L^(-1),the oxidation rate of Fe2+and the precipitation rate of total iron were lower than those of the control,suggesting that the relatively high concentration of fulvic acid had a toxic effect on A.ferrooxidans and reduced the total Fe precipitation rate.Compared with the control,the increase of fulvic acid concentration did not result in significant differences of the position of the main diffraction peak as well as the functional groups of the secondary iron minerals,and pure jarosite was the secondary iron minerals produced in each system.Without 9k in the medium,the total Fe precipitation rate of FA-0.4 g·L^(-1),system was higher than that of FA-0.2 g·L^(-1)system without the addition of K^(+),while the opposite was true with the addition of K^(+).This indicates that fulvic acid inhibited the formation of jarosite but had positive effect on the formation of schwertmannite.When the concentration of fulvic acid was 0.6 g·L^(-1),a strong toxic effect on A.ferrooxidans was observed.Results showed that the addition of 9K medium could promote the activity of A.ferrooxidans.
