摘  要:为揭示外源脱落酸(ABA)对镉(Cd)胁迫下绿豆幼苗生长及内源植物激素水平的调控作用,研究了10μmol·L^(-1) ABA对100μmol·L^(-1) Cd胁迫下绿豆幼苗株高、根长、侧根数、根和地上部生物量等生长参数及内源激素ABA、IAA、GA3和SA含量的影响.结果表明:Cd胁迫可显著降低绿豆幼苗各项生长参数,外源ABA能有效缓解Cd胁迫对植株生长的抑制.与对照组比,外源ABA显著升高了幼苗叶、茎和根中内源ABA含量(p<0.05);在处理初期升高叶、茎和根中IAA和GA3含量而降低了叶和茎中SA含量;在处理中、后期降低了IAA和GA3含量而升高了SA含量.Cd胁迫降低3种器官中IAA和GA3含量,而升高了ABA和SA含量.与单独Cd处理相比,ABA+Cd处理不同程度地提高了3种器官中IAA和GA3含量,提高了处理初、中期3种器官中ABA含量,降低了茎和根中SA含量,使叶中SA含量呈降-升-降变化.该研究揭示,调节内源激素的含量及比值变化是Cd胁迫下施加ABA有效减轻Cd对植物毒害作用的重要机制之一.To reveal the roles of exogenous ABA on the growth of mung bean seedlings and their endogenous plant hormones under cadmium(Cd)stress,the effects of 10μmol·L^(-1) ABA on plant height,root length,lateral root number,root and aboveground biomass,and the contents of endogenous hormones ABA,IAA,GA3 and SA of mung bean seedlings under 100μmol·L^(-1) Cd stress were investigated.The results showed that Cd stress significantly reduced all the plant growth parameters,and exogenous application of ABA could effectively alleviate the inhibitory effects of Cd stress on the seedling growth.Compared with the controls,exogenous ABA significantly(p<0.05)increased the endogenous ABA contents in the leaf,stem,and root tissues.At the initial stage of treatment,ABA increased the contents of IAA and GA3 in the three tissues while decreased the SA contents in leaves and stems.At the middle and later stages of treatment,ABA decreased the contents of IAA and GA3 while increased SA contents in the three tissues.Furthemore,Cd stress decreased the contents of IAA and GA3,whereas increased the contents of ABA and SA in the three tissues.Compared with Cd alone,ABA+Cd treatment increased the contents of IAA and GA3 and the ABA contents at the initial and middle of treatment in the three tissues.ABA+Cd decreased the SA contents in stems and roots,and caused a descending-ascending-descending change of the SA content in leaves.Our results suggested that regulating the contents and ratios of endogenous hormones was one of the important mechanisms by which ABA could effectively alleviate the toxic effect of Cd on plants.
