“守正创新”视域下中西医结合拔尖人才培养模式探索——以南京中医药大学中西医临床医学(“5+4”本博贯通培养)为例

摘　　要：后疫情时代背景下,中西医结合医学人才培养面临着新的挑战。中西医结合教育体系历经30年发展,成绩瞩目,但是仍然存在一定问题:一是教学体系不完善,中西医课程结而不合;二是中医经典教学内容旧质化,脱离临床;三是学生科研创新缺乏主动意识。笔者通过深入剖析以上问题,并针对新形势的需求,立足于“守正创新”的时代理念,以南京中医药大学中西医临床医学(“5+4”本博贯通培养)为例,从经典课程、创新科研以及复合知识体系等角度重点探索后疫情时代中西医结合拔尖人才的培养模式,以期为中西医结合医学的拔尖人才培养提供新思路。Under the background of the post-epidemic era,the cultivation of talents in integrated Chinese and Western medicine is facing new challenges.After 30 years of development,the integrated Chinese and Western medicine education system has achieved remarkable results,but there are still certain problems.First,the teaching system is not perfect,and the courses of Chinese and Western medicine are not integrated.Second,the teaching content of Chinese medicine is old-fashioned and out of clinical practice.Third,students lack active awareness of scientific research innovation.Through in-depth analysis of the above issues,and in view of the needs of the new situation,based on the concept of " inheritance and innovation" in the era,and taking Chinese and Western clinical medicine( "5+4" Combined Bachelor's/Doctor's Degree Program) of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper focused on exploring the training mode of top-notch talents of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the post-epidemic era from the perspectives of classical courses,innovative scientific research,and composite knowledge system,in order to provide new ideas for the top-notch talents training of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
