摘  要:益生菌发酵中草药是指将中草药提取液以一种或几种益生菌作为菌种,在体外模拟人体肠道环境和中草药成分在体内消化分解过程,将中草药的大分子物质转化成为能够被人体肠道直接吸收的小分子成分,以达到快速吸收、定量疗效目的的新型药物。益生菌发酵中草药利用现代生物技术将中草药与益生菌结合,形成新兴的中草药制剂,在抗生素耐药、超级细菌不断出现的形势下,具有重要意义。本文综述了中草药益生菌发酵模式、益生菌发酵中草药的药理功能以及益生菌发酵中草药在兽医临床治疗中的应用,提出一些目前中草药益生菌发酵中仍存在的问题,并对其在畜禽业未来发展中的应用进行展望。Probiotic-fermented Chinese herbal medicine refers to use one or several probiotic strains to simulate the human intestinal environment and the digestion and decomposition process of herbal ingredients in vitro,transform the large molecular substances of herbs into small molecular components that can be directly absorbed by the human intestinal tract,aiming to achieve rapid absorption and quantifiable therapeutic effects of the herbs.Probiotic-fermented Chinese herbal medicine combines traditional herbal medicine with probiotics using modern biotechnology,which is of great significance in the context of increasing antibiotic resistance and the emergence of superbacteria.This article reviews the fermentation mode of Chinese herbal medicine with probiotics,the pharmacological functions of probiotic-fermented Chinese herbal medicine,and its application in veterinary clinical treatment.It also highlights some current issues in the fermentation of Chinese herbal medicine with probiotics and provides prospects for its future development in the livestock and poultry industry.
