摘  要:针对冷轧各成品下线机组出口处钢卷套筒和贴标签工作存在劳动强度较大、工作效率较低以及危害风险较高等难题,采用系统集成技术研发了一款机器人自动套纸筒系统。现场运行表明,整套系统设计合理、工作稳定可靠,实现了机器人纸筒搬运套筒、钢卷贴胶带、钢卷贴标签,上纸筒节拍时间缩短了4.5 s,贴标签时间缩短了20 s,该系统可广泛应用于各出口机组打包工序上。In order to solve these problems such as relatively high labor intensity,low efficiency and comparatively high hazard risk during operations of steel coil sleeves and putting labels on finished cold rolled products coming off the exit of the production line unit,the robot-like automatic paper sleeve system was developed by using system integration technology.The on-site operation showed that the whole system was reasonable in design,stable and reliable in operation.And so carrying sleeves by using robot paper sleeve,pasting adhesive tapes on steel coils and putting labels on steel coils were achieved.Finally the time of loading paper sleeves was shortened by 4.5 s and the time of labeling was shortened by 20 s.Therefore the system could be widely used in the packing process for various exit mill units.
