摘  要:目的 探讨三维激光结合C臂CT在脑出血穿刺术中的应用及意义.方法 随机将118例脑出血患者分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用CT引导下穿刺高血压脑出血,试验组采用三维激光结合C臂CT穿刺高血压脑出血.比较2组术后3、5、7 d血肿清除率及术后1个月、3个月及6个月的预后情况.结果 2组术后3、5、7 d血肿清除率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组术后1个月的日常生活能力(ADL)分级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但术后3个月、6个月ADL分级差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 三维激光结合C臂CT穿刺术具备实时引导、定位准确、操作简单的优点,是一种易于掌握的有效微创手术方式.Objective To explore the application and significance of 3D laser combined with C-arm CT in intracerebral hemorrhage puncture.Methods A total of 118 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with CT-guided puncture for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and the experimental group was treated with 3D laser combined with C-arm CT puncture for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.The hematoma clearance rate at 3,5 and 7 days after surgery and the prognosis at 1,3 and 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results There was significant difference in the clearance rate of hematomas between the two groups at 3,5 and 7 days after surgery(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in activity of daily living(ADL)1 month after surgery between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in ADL 3 and 6 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion 3D laser combined with C-arm CT puncture has the advantages of real-time guidance,accurate positioning and simple operations,and is an effective minimally invasive surgical method easy to master.
