摘 要:目的 探讨多重灵敏度编码扩散加权成像(MUSE-DWI)在提高鼻咽癌图像质量的应用价值.方法 选取34例临床确诊的鼻咽癌患者,均行单次激发平面回波扩散加权成像(SS-EPI-DWI)和MUSE-DWI序列检查,对比2种序列的信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)、病灶清晰度、图像伪影、抗变形能力、表观扩散系数(ADC).结果 MUSE-DWI序列的SNR、CNR均高于SS-EPI-DWI(P<0.01),病灶清晰度、图像伪影、抗变形能力的主观评分均优于SS-EPI-DWI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).MUSE-DWI与SS-EPI-DWI的ADC值差异无统计学意义.结论 MUSE-DWI序列的SNR、CNR高,图像伪影少,抗变形能力好,病灶及周围结构清晰,在临床应用中更具优势.Objective To study the application value of multiple sensitivity encoding diffusion weighted imaging(MUSE-DWI)in improving the image quality of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Thirty-four patients with clinically diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected,and all underwent single-shot echo planar imaging diffusion weighted imaging(SS-EPI-DWI)and MUSE-DWI sequence.The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR),clarity of the lesion,image artifacts,deformation resistance,and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)value of the two sequences were compared.Results The SNR and CNR of the MUSE-DWI sequence were higher than those of SS-EPI-DWI(P<0.01).The subjective scores of lesion clarity,image artifacts,and deformation resistance were better than those of SS-EPI-DWI,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The difference in ADC values of the lesion calculated by MUSE-DWI and SS-EPI-DWI was not statistically significant.Conclusion MUSE-DWI has high SNR and CNR,less image artifacts,good deformation resistance,and clear lesions and surrounding structures,which is more advantageous in clinical applications.
