摘  要:胆道闭锁(biliary atresia,BA)是一种累及肝内外胆管的严重肝胆疾病,以早期快速进展的肝纤维化和肝外胆管炎症性纤维化闭锁为主要病理特征,其病因不明、发病机制不清。实验模型是BA研究中必不可少的工具。近年来,学者们利用BA实验模型进行了大量基础研究,为疾病的病因、发病机制和治疗提供理论依据。本文就小鼠、斑马鱼、七鳃鳗和类器官体等实验模型在BA中的进展做一综述,以期为BA基础研究提供参考。Biliary atresia(BA)is a kind of serious liver disease involving both inner and outer bile ducts.Early rapid progress of liver fibrosis and inflammation of extrahepatic biliary fibrosis are major pathological features.Its etiology is unknown and its pathogenesis remains elusive.Experimental model is an important research tool of BA.In recent years,many scholars have carried out a large number of basic researches using BA experimental model,providing theoretical rationales for etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of diseases.This review summarized the evolutions of such experimental models as mouse,zebrafish,lamprey and organoid to provide references for basic researches of BA.
