摘  要:采用烟煤启动是W锅炉在“以煤代油,少油点火”方针下降低启动燃料消耗量的典型途径,然而相较于无烟煤燃料,烟煤中较高的挥发分含量对制粉系统的安全性将产生较大的影响,其显著依赖于燃料着火特性和可燃气体析出特性。鉴于此,选取了3种挥发分含量差异较大的烟煤(霍林河煤、平顶山煤、合山煤),在TG-FTIR上进行燃烧实验,探究挥发分含量对烟煤燃烧的气体产物生成特性的影响。结果显示霍林河煤的挥发分含量最高,析出挥发分的温度比较低,并伴随着显著的CO_(2)、CO和CH_(4)的生成。由此可见,挥发分含量能显著影响烟煤燃烧失重特性和产物生成特性,是制粉系统安全性评估的重要考量因素。The use of bituminous coal start-up is a typical way to reduce the start-up fuel consumption of W boilers under the policy of"coal instead of oil and less oil ignition".However,the higher volatile content of bituminous coal compared to anthracite fuel will have a greater impact on the safety of the pulverizing system,which is significantly dependent on the fuel ignition characteristics and combustible gas precipitation characteristics.In view of this,three types of bituminous coals,i.e.Huolinhe coal,Pingdingshan coal and Heshan coal,with different volatile contents were selected for combustion experiments on TG-FTIR to investigate the effect of volatile content on the gas product generation characteristics of bituminous coal combustion.The results showed that the highest volatile content of Huolinhe coal and the lower temperature of precipitated volatile content were accompanied by significant generation of CO_(2),CO and CH_(4).This shows that the volatile content can significantly affect the weight loss and product generation characteristics of bituminous coal combustion,and is an important consideration in the safety assessment of the pulverizing system.
