摘  要:海冰拉伸强度是寒区海洋工程中的重要设计参数,也是影响寒区船舶及海工结构冰载荷的主要因素。为研究渤海海冰拉伸强度,开展系统的现场巴西盘劈裂试验。试样采用典型的柱状结构海冰,柱状冰晶长轴方向与圆盘的厚度方向相一致。结果表明:海冰拉伸强度对卤水体积、孔隙率较为敏感,随卤水体积的增加呈下降趋势;当孔隙率由85‰降低至10‰时,其拉伸强度由0.25 MPa升高至0.41 MPa;伴随冰温与卤水体积的变化,海冰巴西盘试样刚度表现出显著差异性;试样温度会影响裂纹的扩展速度与裂纹界面形态。研究成果可为海冰拉伸强度测定方法、海冰巴西盘劈裂试验参数研究和寒区船舶与海洋工程结构抗冰设计指标提供有益参考。The tensile strength of sea ice is an important design parameter in cold ocean engineering and the main factor affecting the ice loads of ships and offshore structures.To study the tensile strength of sea ice in the Bohai Sea,systematic field Brazilian tests were carried out in the winter of 2020-2021.Typical columnar ice was used in the sample,with the long axis direction of columnar ice crystals consistent with the thickness direction of the disk.The result shows that the tensile strength of sea ice is sensitive to brine volume and porosity,and decreases with the increase of brine volume.When the porosity decreases from 85‰to 10‰,its tensile strength rises from 0.25 MPa to 0.41 MPa.Meanwhile,with the change in ice temperature and brine volume,the stiffness of the sea ice Brazilian disc specimen shows a significant difference,and the specimen temperature affects the propagation rate of the Brazilian split crack and the morphology of the crack interface.These results can serve as a useful reference for the determination of sea ice tensile strength,the study of sea ice Brazilian disc splitting test parameters,and the ice-resistant design indexes of ships and offshore engineering structures in cold regions.
