基于“调脏通络解郁”思想论治广泛性焦虑症

摘　　要：广泛性焦虑症是临床上常见的焦虑障碍之一,是诸多躯体化症状的主要原因之一。西药治疗不良反应颇多,针灸疗法具有明显的优势,且起效迅速,疗效确切。王洪峰教授认为,广泛性焦虑的根本原因是络气不通、络虚不荣导致的脏腑失和,脑络失养,故在治疗时要“调脏”与“通络脉”“通脑络”三步并举。进而提出“调脏通络解郁”法治疗广泛性焦虑症,选取五脏俞配合“百会配神庭”“合谷配太冲”“足三里配三阴交”等穴,以调整脏腑,疏通络脉,行气解郁。Generalized anxiety disorder is one of the common clinical anxiety disorders and one of the main causes of many somatic symptoms.There are many adverse reactions in the treatment of western medicine.And acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has obvious advantages,rapid onset and definite curative effect.Professor Wang Hongfeng believes that the root cause of generalized anxiety disorder is the disharmony of zang-fu viscera and the dystrophy of brain collaterals(insufficient blood supply to the brain)caused by stagnancy of collateral qi and deficiency of collateral.Therefore,the treatment of this disease requires three treatment steps,namely"regulating zang-fu viscera","dredging collaterals"and"dredging brain collaterals".Then,the method of"regulating zang-fu viscera","dredging collaterals"and"relieving depression"is proposed to treat generalized anxiety disorder.Shu-points of five zang viscera are selected in combination with‘Baihui-Shenting’,‘Hegu-Taichong’,‘Zusanli-Sanyinjiao’,and other points to regulate zang-fu viscera,dredge collaterals,and promote qi circulation and relieve depression.
