中医外治法治疗紧张型头痛的研究进展

摘　　要：紧张型头痛(Tension-type headache,TTH)作为神经内科的常见病之一,严重影响人们的生活质量和工作效率。中医外治法是祖国医学中的特色疗法之一,具有绿色经济、安全有效等优势。通过检索近年来中医外治法治疗紧张型头痛的文献,并从针刺、艾灸、推拿以及其他特色疗法4个方面进行综述,发现中医外治法治疗TTH疗效确切,不仅可以减轻疼痛程度,还可以改善睡眠情况、调节焦虑抑郁状态,为临床提供了一定的参考依据。Tension-type headache(TTH),as one of the common diseases in neurology,seriously affects people's quality of life and work efficiency.External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is one of the characteristic therapies inTCM,which has the advantages of green economy,safety,and effectiveness.By searching the recent literature on the treatment of tension-type headache with external therapy of TCM and summarizing it from four aspects of acupuncture,moxibustion,massage,and other characteristic therapies,it is found that external therapy of TCM has a definite therapeutic effect on TTH.This treatment method can not only reduce the degree of pain,but also improve sleep conditions and regulate depression and anxiety,which provides a certain reference basis for clinical practice.
