高校创新创业育人体系的构建——以体育类高校为例

摘　　要：20世纪90年代末创新创业课程走入高校,经过二十几年的发展,目前已初具成效,但在顶层设计、协同发展、与专业融合等方面还存在一定的提升空间。基于此,以体育类高校为例,本文提出构建高校创新创业育人体系的基本框架思路,即:设置创新创业管理机构、组建多元化的教师团队、提供精准服务、持续做好跟踪调研与评估反馈,以此形成闭环管理体系,进而提升高校创新创业教育的育人效果。The introduction of entrepreneurship courses into higher education institutions in the late 1990s has shown initial effectiveness after more than two decades of development.However,there is still room for improvement in areas such as top-level design,coordinated development,and integration with disciplines.In light of this,taking sports universities as an example,the researcher proposed a basic framework for constructing an entrepreneurship education system in higher education institutions.This framework includes establishing entrepreneurship management institutions,forming diverse teams of teachers,providing precise services,and conducting continuous tracking,research,evaluation,and feedback.By implementing this closed-loop management system,the aim is to enhance the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions.
