摘　　要：优化体育硕士培养过程、创新人才培养模式,是新时代专业学位研究生培养改革的重要命题。体育硕士专业学位研究生人才培养,应创新培养模式,包括:构建KSD模块化课程体系,推行SIP项目制教学模式,形成SAR创新能力培养氛围,健全GOE协同实践体系,实施SEO过程控制管理,有效对接体育硕士专业学位研究生人才培养目标,实现“课程—项目-创新-实践-过程”等过程要素“五位一体”。Optimizing the training process and innovating talent development models are crucial aspects of the reform in professional masters degree education in the new era.For the cultivation of masters degree students in sports,it is necessary to innovate the training model,including:constructing a KSDKnowledge(K),Skills(S),Diathesis(D)-modular curriculum system,implementing the SIP(Science,Innovate,Practice)project-based teaching model,fostering a SAR(Salon,Association,Report)innovative capability cultivation atmosphere,establishing a comprehensive GOE(Government,Organization,Enterprise)collaborative practice system,and implementing SEO(Standardization,Early Warning,Output)process control management.By effectively aligning with the training objectives of masters degree students in sports,the"curriculum-project-innovation-practice-process"elements are integrated into a cohesive"Five-in-One"framework.
