摘 要:提高学生体质健康水平是新时代办好人民满意教育的重要组成。长期的实践总结和理论研究发现,只依靠学校去提高青少年体质健康的效果有限,应当构建家庭-学校-社会一体化促进青少年体质健康的体制机制。本研究采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,针对我国学生体质健康水平还未得到根本性提升、提高学生体质健康水平需要家校社共同行动、提供个性化的精准运动干预方案更有助于提高学生体质健康等现实问题,提出以学生体质健康报告书为载体,通过制定与实施学生体质健康报告书,形成家校社一体化共同促进青少年体质健康的建议。学生体质健康报告书的制定和实施由学校通过学生体质健康信息管理系统生成和制作报告书、学校每年定期向学生和家长提供体质健康报告书来实现。学生体质健康报告书的实施由下发通知、开展测试、录入数据、生成报告、发放报告和家长反馈6个步骤组成。Improving students'physical health level is an important component of making satisfactory education for the people in the new era.After long-term practical summary and theoretical research,it has been found that relying solely on schools to improve the physical health of adolescents has limited effectiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to build a system and mechanism that integrates family school society to promote the physical health of adolescents.The researcher adopted methods such as literature review and logical analysis.Starting from the fact that the physical health level of Chinese students has not yet been fundamentally improved,and improving their physical health level requires joint action by families,schools,and communities,providing personalized and precise exercise intervention plans is more conducive to improving students'physical health.Based on the practical reasons,the researcher proposed to use student physical health reports as a carrier and develop and implement a system of student physical health reports,forming an integrated family school community to jointly promote the physical health of adolescents.The development and implementation of student physical health reports are generated and produced by the school through the student physical health information management system.The school regularly provides physical health reports to students and parents every year.The implementation of the student physical health report consists of six steps:issuing notices,conducting tests,inputting data,generating reports,distributing reports,and providing feedback from parents.
